Arpit Lochan has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. In 2018, they started working as a Sales Specialist at a student accommodation company where they rented over 50 beds and generated significant revenue. Arpit also worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Magicbricks, where they interacted with potential buyers and contributed to generating revenue for agents.

In 2020, Arpit co-founded and became the CEO of Homeflic Wegrow. Arpit raised angel funds and collaborated with prominent companies to develop affordable live courses. Arpit utilized their skills in analyzing financials, pitch decks, and marketing strategies to provide insights to an associated investment firm. This led to an opportunity to start a new venture with significant funding.

Arpit's earliest work experience dates back to 2018, where they served as a Human Resource and Sales Manager for a student accommodation company. Arpit played an integral role in the planning, incorporation, and execution of an ed-Tech domain. Arpit hired and trained a team of interns, resulting in substantial revenue for the company. Arpit introduced unique hiring strategies, mass recruitment pitches, and new team leaders.
