Yamen Areeb

Yamen Areeb has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career in 2017 as a Tele-sales executive at HDB Financial Services Ltd., where they managed a portfolio of Prime customers and achieved monthly sales targets. In 2018, they joined Concentrix as a Customer Service Advisor, handling inbound calls and troubleshooting customer issues while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

They then moved on to Teleperformance in 2019 as a Customer Service Associate, where they provided comprehensive resolution to customer queries via chat or email while maintaining information security and ensuring a positive customer experience.

In 2022, Yamen joined FrontRow as a Customer Redressal Associate, responsible for handling customer cases, providing resolutions, and escalating feedback as required. They later transitioned to Saarthi Pedagogy Pvt Ltd as a Product Trainer and Senior Customer Success Executive, where they conducted product demonstrations to potential clients, handled post-sales product training and onboarding processes, and delivered training sessions to clients.

Yamen Areeb completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Accounting and Finance from Calcutta University in Kolkata. This education was obtained from 2013 to 2016. In addition, Yamen Areeb obtained a certification in Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce from Coursera in February 2023.
