Shahab Kaviani

Shahab Kaviani has an extensive work experience spanning several years. Shahab most recently worked for SaaS Academy as an Executive Coach to SaaS CEOs, where they provided strategic coaching to software founders and their teams in order to help them grow and achieve successful exits. Prior to that, they worked for Tandem Growth as a Fractional Growth Executive and Coach to Software CEOs, helping CEOs of startups accelerate their growth by providing coaching on leadership skills and prioritizing efforts.

Shahab has also worked as a Capstone Adviser at the University of Pennsylvania, where they delivered workshops and provided coaching to students in the Education Entrepreneurship masters program to help them design their business ideas. Shahab served as the Head of Marketing & Community at Localist, where they developed and executed a go-to-market strategy for their SaaS community event engagement platform.

In addition, Shahab has held positions at Stand Together as the Sr. Director of Product & Community Partnerships, at AARP Foundation as the Director of Innovation, and at Breezio as Co-Founder and Adviser. Shahab also served as the Co-Founder and CEO of CoFoundersLab, a global organization that helps entrepreneurs find co-founders and launch new businesses together.

Earlier in their career, Shahab worked at NEA Member Benefits as the Director of Integrated Marketing, and at HyperOffice as Co-Founder and EVP of Marketing & Product Marketing. At HyperOffice, they played a key role in establishing the company as a leader in the Cloud Messaging & Collaboration market.

Throughout their career, Shahab has demonstrated expertise in product development, marketing, sales, customer success, operations, and strategic partnerships. Shahab has a strong focus on helping founders and CEOs overcome challenges and achieve their business objectives.

Shahab Kaviani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Maryland. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications to further their professional development. In 2015, Shahab obtained the "Entrepreneurship Strengths Coach" certification from Gallup. In 2019, they completed the Executive Education Program at Georgetown University McDonough School of Business. Most recently, in 2020, they attained certification in the "Entrepreneurial Operating System" from EOS Worldwide.
