Senior Partner of The European House - Ambrosetti since 1999, and President from 2009 until 2014.

He is also the Senior Partner of reference for the “Operational excellence” and “Public Administration” practices.

He received his degree from the SAA (Scuola Amministrazione Aziendale) school of business administration in Turin and has a masters in business administration.

Following ten years of experience in major manufacturing, commercial and banking firms in the area of organizational development, his professional working relationship as management consultant to top-level international companies led him to assume positions of increasing responsibility.

He was a founding partner and, later, managing director of the Italian partner of a top international accounting and consulting firm with direct responsibility for business performance optimization, client reorientation and human resources and technology development.

For seven years he was a member of committees of international consulting firms involved in research and development into innovative methods and approaches to quality, change management, re-design of corporate processes and ICT strategic governance, Cybersecurity and Digital Transformation.

Founder and general director of an international business unit of a major industrial group providing consulting services to European banks and public administration entities, he has extensive experience with numerous public and private clients in the field of strategic planning and management.
