Tracy Lee Thibodeau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tracy currently works as an Executive Coach at SaaS Academy since 2023. Prior to this, Tracy founded Girls Changing the World in 2012, focusing on programming to inspire and connect young ladies to their potential. Tracy also worked as a Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator at Ignite Retreats from 2014 onwards. Tracy began their career as an Account Manager/Advertising Consultant at Rawlco Radio from 2006 to 2009 and also worked as a Project Manager at International Road Dynamics in 2004.

Tracy Lee Thibodeau completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, HR, and Psychology from the University of Regina, which they attended from 2000 to 2004. Tracy then pursued additional certifications and training in coaching and related fields. Tracy obtained a Solution Focused Coach Diploma from Erickson Coaching International in April 2022. In October 2020, they became a Certified ProSocial Facilitator through Prosocial World. Earlier, in November 2016, Tracy obtained the certification of Certified Group Coach Practitioner from Certified Coaches Federation, and in November 2015, they became a Certified Coaching Practitioner from the same institution. Tracy also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute, which they obtained in January 2014. Additionally, they pursued an Instructional Design course from ELVTR, though the details regarding the completion month and year are unavailable. In terms of higher education, Tracy's education history also includes studying the Science of Happiness at the University of California, Berkeley, although specific dates for this program are unknown.
