Tracy Lee Thibodeau

Tracy Lee Thibodeau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tracy currently works as an Executive Coach at SaaS Academy since 2023. Prior to this, Tracy founded Girls Changing the World in 2012, focusing on programming to inspire and connect young ladies to their potential. Tracy also worked as a Coach, Speaker, and Facilitator at Ignite Retreats from 2014 onwards. Tracy held the role of Lead, Training & Development at Chrysalis group of companies from 2021 to 2023, leading multiple teams in developing an operating system and coaching program to support talent development. At iQmetrix, Tracy contributed to purpose by building systems and capacities in teams and acted as a Project Manager from 2015 to 2019. Additionally, they served as a Customer Success Manager, Carrier Services, and Enterprise Account Manager during their tenure at iQmetrix from 2009 to 2014. Tracy co-hosted momondays Winnipeg from 2018 to 2020, a night of real people telling inspiring and funny stories. Tracy began their career as an Account Manager/Advertising Consultant at Rawlco Radio from 2006 to 2009 and also worked as a Project Manager at International Road Dynamics in 2004.

Tracy Lee Thibodeau completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, HR, and Psychology from the University of Regina, which they attended from 2000 to 2004.
