Adam Steinhoff has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in the technology industry. 🐝 Adam is currently a Strategic Advisory Board Member at DojoFive, contributing their expertise to help guide strategic decisions. 🐝 Adam is also a Product Manager and member of the Senior Leadership Team at SaaS Alerts, leveraging their 20 years of experience in Managed Service Provider (MSP) to ensure that the company's product aligns with the needs of partners and the industry.

In 2022, Adam founded MentrBee, serving as the CEO. The company aims to enhance mentorship and coaching accessibility and effectiveness by providing a platform that facilitates optimal matches between mentors and mentees and enables measurement of program success.

Prior to these ventures, Adam held leadership positions at Tech Hub South Florida, where they served as a Board Member and Vice Chair of the Board of Directors. 🐝 Adam demonstrated their expertise and commitment to the technology community through their contributions.

In their earlier career, Adam served as the CIO and Managing Partner at Dedicated IT, where they led the department responsible for assessing clients' technology maturity, developing IT roadmaps, and ensuring efficient onboarding processes. 🐝 Adam subsequently became the CEO, leading the company through significant achievements and recognition, including being named a "company to watch" by GrowFL and earning a place on the Inc 5000 fastest-growing private companies list.

Adam also served as the CTO at Snap TeleMed, where they designed and oversaw the development of a cloud-based telehealth platform. Additionally, they worked as a Network Engineer at IKON Technology Services, providing IT services, including pre-sales support, network design, and implementation, to a range of clients. Earlier in their career, Adam owned and operated Byte Technologies, providing computer and network consulting services primarily for law offices.
