Ryan Ricciardi

Ryan Ricciardi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Ryan is currently working at SaaS Alerts as the Vice President, a position they have held since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Customer Success Director and Director of Account Management at the same company from February 2022 to October 2022.

Before joining SaaS Alerts, Ryan worked at GreenPages Technology Solutions as a GTM Strategist from November 2021 to February 2022.

Prior to their time at Kaseya, Ryan worked at Advantage Services as a Technical Support Specialist from October 2015 to October 2017. During this role, they addressed technical issues, configured computers and peripherals, and provided technical training and documentation.

Ryan also gained experience as a Hardware Engineer at Human Solutions, Inc. from August 2013 to June 2015. Here, they led testing to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration requirements and provided technical expertise during system upgrades.

From March 2010 to August 2013, Ryan worked as a Technical Specialist at ASRC Research and Technology Solutions (ARTS), where they focused on technical writing, safety risk management, and hardware support for aviation control systems.

Ryan began their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Corporal from August 2002 to August 2006.

Ryan Ricciardi attended Egg Harbor Township High School from 1998 to 2002, where they received a High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates. After that, they enrolled at Marine Corps University from 2002 to 2006, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Later, from 2014 to 2018, Ryan pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Project Management at the University of Phoenix. Ryan also earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology Project Management from the same university during the same period.
