Nancy Roy

Nancy Roy has worked in the Human Resources field since 2007. Nancy began their career at TOTAL as an HR Assistant, then moved on to IBM in 2011 as an HR Operation and Mobility Rep. In 2012, they joined MANN+HUMMEL Group as an HR Executive, then moved to Curvature LLP in 2015 as an HR Manager. In this role, they implemented HR strategies, managed employee relations, facilitated the performance management process, and coordinated employee on-boarding. In 2020, Nancy Roy joined CDNetworks as a Human Resources Manager. Currently, they are a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition at SaaS Labs.

Nancy Roy has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from AVIT Chennai and a B.Sc from ST.Aloysious College. Nancy also attended St.Aloysious College, but did not receive a degree.
