Lotta Tamsi

Lotta Tamsi has extensive experience in customer experience management, currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager at Säästöpankkiryhmä since May 2010, where previous roles included Service Manager and Service Advisor. Prior to this, Lotta worked as a Salesperson at Pirkanmaan Osuuskauppa from January 2008 to January 2010 and as a Promoter at Myynninedistämistoimisto Expression for a brief period in late 2007. Lotta Tamsi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing from the University of Tampere, completed between 2007 and 2013, and has also studied at Universidad de Zaragoza during the academic year 2010-2011.
