Martti Hakala

Martti Hakala is an experienced banking and finance professional with a strong track record in leadership roles. Currently serving as a Board Member for both Sp-Henkivakuutus Oy and VTS rahasto, Hakala is also an active member of the Banking Executive Committee at Finanssiala ry - Finance Finland. As Head of Personal Banking at Säästöpankkiryhmä, Hakala is part of the executive team and has previously held various director positions within OP Financial Group, overseeing customer relationships, sales support, and marketing. Notably, Hakala founded Veros Oy and has a background as an entrepreneur, coach, and public speaker. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Economics from Turku School of Economics and an APV ESG from Aalto University Executive Education.
