Riikka Karanko

Riikka Karanko is an experienced professional in the fields of team leadership, legal collection, and training and development. Currently serving as Team Leader at Säästöpankkipalvelut Oy under Säästöpankkiryhmä since November 2023, Riikka previously held multiple managerial roles at Lowell from October 2018 to November 2023, including Group Manager for Legal Collection and Support. Riikka's career at Lindorff spanned from October 2010 to October 2018, during which several positions were held, such as Trainer and Debt Collector. Early professional experience includes a sales position at Brothers and an internship with the UN Association of Finland. Academic qualifications include a Master of Social Sciences in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of Turku, completed between 2004 and 2013, and a Matriculation Examination from Puolalanmäen lukio, attained in 2002.
