Elyssa Morrison has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Elyssa began their career as the Call Center Manager at New York University, where they established and managed an Information Center for prospective Continuing Education students. Elyssa also implemented outbound calling programs and successfully managed post-9/11 communications to reach affected students. After their time at NYU, they worked as an Account Manager at Affinion Group, where they monitored customer service representatives and implemented transfer marketing programs. Elyssa achieved significant improvements in TSR compliance rates and sales, resulting in over $20 million in annual sales.
Following their role at Affinion Group, Elyssa held various positions at Ogilvy, Ogilvy Healthworld, and Ogilvy NY. Elyssa started as a Senior Analyst at Ogilvy, then became a Manager at Ogilvy NY, and later served as Senior Manager of Teleservices at Ogilvy Healthworld. At each company, they demonstrated their strategic planning and management skills.
In 2011, Elyssa joined H4B Catapult as the VP of Planning, where they played a crucial role in developing strategic plans. After six years, they transitioned to Arnold Worldwide as the VP of Strategic Planning, where they continued to excel in the field. Elyssa'sexpertise in strategic planning led their to MRM, where they served as the Director of Strategy and later as the VP and Director of Strategy.
Most recently, Elyssa joined Saatchi & Saatchi Wellness as the VP and Group Director of HCP Brand Strategy. Elyssa'strack record of success and extensive experience in strategy and planning make their a valuable asset to the company.
Elyssa Morrison received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware, where they studied from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Drama Therapy from New York University, where they attended from 1998 to 2000.
