Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Saatvik Group since May 2022, Lalit previously held significant roles at Honda Cars India Ltd from January 2005 to May 2022 as the Head of Department for Industrial Relations and Plant HR. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Executive of Human Resources at Musashi from April 2003 to January 2005 and as a Human Resources Executive at Gabriel India Limited from 2000 to 2003. Lalit holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree with a focus on Human Resources Management from ISS Agra.
