Snigdha Prashar has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Snigdha began their career with Penguin Random House in 2010, where they held various roles in the Human Resources department. Snigdha played a crucial role in establishing the HR department, processes, and policies aligned with the company's goals. Snigdha managed all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, onboarding, HR operations, payroll, performance management, and employee engagement.
In 2016, Snigdha joined JioSaavn, where they progressed through several HR roles. Snigdha started as a Senior Manager and eventually became an Associate Director and then a Director of Human Resources, responsible for overseeing HR functions in India and the US markets. Snigdha played a pivotal role in translating the company's vision into effective HR initiatives focused on employee performance, profitability, and growth.
Snigdha Prashar pursued a PGDM in Training & Development from The Indian Society for Training & Development (ISTD) from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed an MBA in Human Resources Development from Amity University between 2008 and 2010. Snigdha also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Miranda House College (2005-2008) and completed their high school education with a focus on Business/Commerce, General at Army Public School Noida (2002-2005). Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi in 2013.
