Rania Alsharyoufi

Rania Alsharyoufi is an experienced human resources professional with a progressive career in the banking sector. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at SAB since March 2020, Rania has also held roles as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer and Head of Human Resources for Retail Banking & Wealth Management. Prior to this position, Rania was the Head of Human Resources at SABB Takaful from March 2018 to March 2020 and worked at SABB for nearly seven years in various roles such as Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Relationship Manager. Rania's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Brunel University London and executive education programs from both Harvard Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School.
