Adrien Durand

Adrien Durand is currently the M&A and Corporate Group Manager at Sabena technics. Previously, Adrien worked as a Financial Controller Corporate at the same company, overseeing M&A projects and financial reporting processes. Adrien also teaches at ESSEC Business School as a lecturer in the Global BBA program. Prior to this, Adrien held roles at Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) and KPMG Transaction Services. Adrien has a strong educational background with degrees in financial and strategic engineering, business law, and corporate finance from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
