Justin Burnham

Justin Burnham serves as Managing Director at Saber Interactive and 3D Realms since 2024, while also holding the position of Head of Strategic Development at Media Indie Exchange and Senior Producer at Pangea Cup, both starting in 2023. Justin has been a Judge for the Independent Games Festival Awards since 2017 and previously held roles as Chief Creative Officer at 3D Realms and Slipgate Ironworks in 2023. Additionally, Justin was Senior Vice President of Gaming at Subnation and Senior Game Advisor at PlusMusic from 2022 to 2023, and served as Head of Publishing at Good Shepherd from 2017 to 2023. Prior experience includes Vice President of Creative at ESL Gaming from 2020 to 2022. Justin holds a Bachelor's degree in Entertainment Business and an Associate's degree in Production from Full Sail University.
