Tim Monti

Tim Monti has over 35 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry. Tim is currently the Vice President of Engineering at Sabert Corporation. Prior to their current role, they served as the Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Genpak from 2016 to 2023. Tim has also held various managerial and engineering positions at companies such as RotaDyne, WinPak, PACTIV Corporation LLC, Solo Cup Company, Toray PEF America, Pactiv, Sweetheart Cup Company, and Mobil Chemical Company. Tim'sroles include General Manager, Molded and Elastomer Products; Plant Manager; S&O Manager; Center of Excellence Engineer; Plant Engineer; Operations Manager; Technical Manager; Product Development Manager; and Unit Manager Foam Extrusion Department.

Tim Monti completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University from 1984 to 1988. Later, they pursued an MBA at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 1991 to 1993.
