Rick Delcoure

Rick Delcoure is a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with a diverse background in construction management, spanning over four decades. Currently at Sabey Corporation since 2011, Rick has successfully managed significant projects such as Tier III Multi-Tenant Data Centers and healthcare facilities that meet stringent FDA and DEA standards. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Ledcor Construction, overseeing multi-use commercial high-rises, and Senior Project Manager/Estimator at The Shaw Group, where Rick contributed to multi-million dollar projects impacted by Hurricane Katrina. Rick's earlier positions feature extensive leadership experience, including managing operations at Bridgeway Construction Co. and directing project teams at Baugh Construction Co. and Target Industrial. Rick holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Nicholls State University.
