Ashley Hillebold

Ashley Hillebold is a Production Engineer at SABIC since February 2020, specializing in the oversight of a Polybutylene Terephthalate resin plant with a daily production rate of approximately 170 MT. Key responsibilities include managing operations, enhancing process efficiencies, and leading safety and environmental initiatives. Hillebold previously participated in SABIC’s SEeD program, rotating through various engineering disciplines and serving as a production engineer and maintenance engineer during key projects. Earlier experiences include co-op roles at SABIC and LyondellBasell, where significant projects focused on sustainability and equipment reliability were undertaken, as well as an engineering internship at HCM Systems. Hillebold holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
