Dionne Tinsley is a seasoned commodity manager with extensive experience in strategic procurement, sourcing, and contract management across various sectors, including energy, aerospace, and automotive. Currently serving as Commodity Manager for Energy & Industrial Gases at SABIC, responsible for managing a $160M spend across multiple manufacturing plants, previous roles include managing $700M in lithography metrology capital equipment at Intel Corporation and overseeing $840M in power procurement at Arizona Public Service. Dionne’s career also includes significant positions at Honeywell, General Motors, and DTE Energy, showcasing expertise in maximizing procurement efficiency and supplier negotiations. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management from Walsh College and a Bachelor's degree in Public and Non-Profit Administration from Grand Valley State University.
