Gail Sookey

Gail Sookey is an experienced professional with a diverse career in administrative support and yoga instruction. Currently serving as a Yoga Teacher at Anahata Schoolhouse since September 2020 and previously at Frog Lotus Yoga, Gail has also held senior administrative roles at SABIC since 2007, where duties encompass extensive support for senior executives, including presentation generation and travel coordination. Prior experience includes a Finance Executive Assistant role at GE, where Gail provided high-level support to the CFO while earning a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification. Gail's educational background includes multiple certifications from the Triple Gem School of Thai Massage and Reiki Healing Connection, in addition to a 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training from Frog Lotus International and an Associate's degree from Berkshire Community College in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science.
