Parker Kapp

Parker Kapp is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in supply chain management and operational transformation. As President and CEO of Value Chain Solutions LLC since 2018, Parker has led significant digital and operational advancements using Lean Six Sigma principles and Industry 4.0 technologies. Previously, as General Manager of Supply Chain and Transformation at Sigma Healthcare (2016-2018), Parker managed substantial spending while implementing integrated supply chain functions and digital solutions. During tenure at Shandong Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. (2013-2016) as Chief Supply Chain and Procurement Officer, Parker transformed the supply chain infrastructure, achieving a notable 22% reduction in operating costs and significantly increasing production capacity. Parker holds an MBA from Bond University and advanced certificates in supply chain management from the University of Pretoria.
