Ricky Doelman

Ricky Doelman is an accomplished Turnaround Manager and Project Manager with nearly two decades of experience at SABIC, focusing on the management of large-scale projects, including the SABIC MEGA Project “Recommissioning PPE” in Bergen op Zoom. With a strong background in Asset Engineering and Reliability Management, Ricky has led teams of engineers and managed various projects, consistently delivering best-in-class performance in safety, cost, and execution. Prior experience includes roles at DHV Bouw en Industrie and Stork, specializing in process engineering and project management within the (petro)chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
