Carlen Loy has extensive experience in various roles related to HR implementation, integration consulting, payroll administration, and financial analysis.
Carlen began working at Acterna in 2002 as a Business Application Specialist. After that, Carlen joined Cinetic Landis Corp in 2008 where they worked as a Payroll Administrator and Financial Analyst.
