Jacqui Estes, CPP has an extensive work experience in various roles related to human capital management, payroll, and HRIS. Jacqui started their career at The New York Times Company in 1989, where they were responsible for managing payroll for over 17,800 multi-state employees and overseeing the implementation of new payroll software.
After their tenure at The New York Times Company, Jacqui worked as a Payroll Manager at Cato Corporation, where they managed payroll processes for 12,000 multi-state employees and ensured accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
Jacqui then joined 3D Systems as a Payroll Manager, where they researched and implemented ADP payroll and Timekeeping system, managed bi-weekly and monthly payroll for hundreds of employees, and reconciled reporting to the General Ledger.
Jacqui also worked as a Payroll/HRIS Analyst at Polypore, where they handled all payroll processes for 600 employees, maintained financial records for reporting purposes, and reconciled payroll reporting to the General Ledger.
In their role as a Senior Consultant at PayTech, Jacqui defined and developed implementation processes and standards for clients, conducted project reviews, and provided contingency plans.
Jacqui later joined The Judge Group as a Process Improvement Consultant, where they focused on improving business processes.
Jacqui also worked as a Human Capital Management Consultant for ADP's HR and Benefits at FosterThomas HR Management and Consulting, where they provided consulting services to clients.
Currently, Jacqui is working as a Human Capital Management Implementation Consultant at Sability, where they are involved in implementing HCM solutions for clients.
Jacqui Estes, CPP earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bloomfield College. In May 2015, they obtained the certification of Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) from the American Payroll Association.
