Angela Clarkson

Angela Clarkson has extensive work experience in the field of business consultancy. Angela is currently serving as the Head of Business Consultancy at Sabio since November 2021. Prior to that, Angela worked as a Business Consultant at Anana Ltd from February 2020 to November 2021.

Angela has also held various roles at BT, starting from 1990. Their most recent position at BT was as a Managing Consultant, Transformation & Digital Customer Experience, where they led the digital transformation strategy for UK and global brands. Angela partnered with customers to develop an approach to customer engagement and led senior management through the process of understanding and de-risking digital transformation and change. Angela defined strategic vision and execution, target operating models, process change, and technical infrastructure. Angela also served as a Senior Business Consultant, Transformation & Customer Management, where they translated customers' business challenges into workable solutions and managed the delivery of these solutions into customer organizations.

Before that, Angela worked as a Senior Consultant for BT Global Professional Services, Customer Management, providing business consulting and proposition-linked professional services to strengthen BT's customer management capabilities. Angela partnered with various customers, including Orange, 3M, Santander, and Unilever, to address strategic and operational challenges in customer relationship management.

Angela also held earlier roles at BT, including Business Improvement Manager, Reporting Design and Delivery Manager, and Head of Product Launch Satisfaction.

Angela Clarkson's education history starts in 1986, where they attended the Polytechnic of Wales. Angela completed their BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Politics in 1990. In 1996, they enrolled in the BT Telecommunications Master's Program, which they completed in 1998. During the same year, they also attended the University of Southern California, where they pursued the Advanced Management Program in Telecommunications.
