Chantal Rousseau

Chantal Rousseau has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Chantal started their career in 2011 at Ince (Pty) Ltd, where they served as a Payroll Administrator, responsible for accurately capturing payroll data and handling payroll queries. In 2014, they transitioned into a Human Resources Generalist role at the same company, taking charge of recruitment and selection processes, conducting competency-based interviews, and managing employee relations matters. After leaving Ince (Pty) Ltd in 2016, Chantal joined Complete Outsource Solutions in 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist, where they continued to perform recruitment and selection duties while also attending to daily employee relations matters.
