Charlie Carr has over 5 years of dedicated customer service experience in multiple positions and locations, including working as a Customer Service Advisor at Tesco from February 2016 to August 2021. During their time at Tesco, Charlie collaborated with a small retail execution team to plan, fully-stock, and successfully launch a convenience store in Glasgow.
