Jamie Darby has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2007, they worked as a Sales Assistant at Next Management. They then joined NatWest in 2008, where they started as a Customer Service Officer, promoting digital banking services and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. They were later promoted to Banking Hall Manager, responsible for maintaining high customer service standards and driving digital banking adoption. In 2011, they transitioned to the role of Customer Advisor, building strong relationships with personal/private customers and assisting them with their banking needs.
