Richa Kareer

Richa Kareer currently serves as the People & Culture Lead at Sabio India, following the acquisition of makepositive, and is responsible for supporting teams across India, Malaysia, Singapore, and the UK while collaborating with the Global People team on strategic HR initiatives. Previously, Richa held the title of People & Culture Lead at makepositive, where key responsibilities included talent management, culture stewardship, and HR technology projects. Richa's experience also encompasses a role as a People & Culture Consultant at CARS24, where the HR vertical was established in the UAE and Australia, and a position as Senior Associate in People Operations focusing on employer branding and HRMS implementation. Early in the career, Richa gained experience as a Human Resource Intern at Lemon Tree Hotels. Richa holds an MBA from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Delhi University.
