Michelle Patton

Michelle Patton has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition professional at Sabra Dipping Company since January 2023. Previous roles include consulting at Aria Consulting LLC for nearly nine years, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, search strategy, and HR services. Michelle led HR functions as HR Director at eLynx and managed human resources and administration at Parati. Early career experience includes a recruiting manager position at Robert Half Finance & Accounting and various roles within the US Air Force. Michelle holds a BS in Human Resources Management from Linfield University, is certified in Human Capital Strategy, and has an AA in Mathematics from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
