Sam Higuchi

Sam Higuchi has extensive work experience in various industries. Sam is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sabra Dipping Company since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Afton Chemical from 2007 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Plant Manager/Operations Director, Customer Technical Service Manager, and Research & Development Engineer. Before joining Afton Chemical, Sam worked at Framatome as a Project Manager/Nuclear Fuel Process Engineer from 2005 to 2007. Their career began at Ford Motor Company in 1998, where they started as an intern and later became a Manufacturing Engineer. During their time at Ford, they were recognized for their contribution to saving the Norfolk Assembly Plant significant costs through their senior project. Sam was also elected into Ford's "Fast Track Management" program.

Sam Higuchi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Physics from Longwood University, where they attended from 1995 to 1998. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Old Dominion University, where they studied from 1998 to 2001.
