Talya Nevo-Hacohen has a diverse and extensive work experience. Talya is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees at Seritage Growth Properties, a position they have held since April 2022. In this role, they acted as a change agent in the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO. Talya played a crucial role in external financial relationships and led the company's balance sheet, financial strategy, policy, and treasury operations. Talya also served as Vice President at Goldman Sachs from August 1993 to April 2003, where they held positions in the Finance Division and the Operations and Administration Division.

Talya Nevo-Hacohen began their career in the finance industry as an intern at Prudential Mortgage Capital in 1992.

With their extensive experience and expertise in real estate finance and investment, Talya has made significant contributions throughout their career.

Talya Nevo-Hacohen attended Hebrew College in 1976-1977, for which the exact degree and field of study are unknown. Talya then went on to complete their BA in Architecture at Yale University from 1977 to 1981. Subsequently, they pursued an MArch in Architecture at the Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning & Preservation from 1981 to 1984. Finally, they obtained an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School in 1992-1993.
