Macarena Bentancor is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support and management within the travel and airline industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Support for Sabre Travel Solutions since January 2005, Macarena leads a global team of over 200 technical support specialists across multiple regions, providing support to travel agencies utilizing Sabre systems. Macarena's career at Sabre includes various roles such as Director and Sr. Manager of Technical Support, as well as Manager positions in both Airline Services and Technical Support. Prior to joining Sabre, Macarena held supervisory and agent roles at AEROVIP and LAPA. Macarena holds a Psicologia degree from Universidad Catolica Uruguay and a PDD from IEEM - Escuela de Negocios.
