Ashok Pinto is senior vice president, product development for Sabre Hospitality Solutions. Within his role, he is responsible for all aspects of development and software engineering, including leading the performance, maintenance and innovation of Sabre Hospitality’s products.

Ashok possesses deep SaaS platform engineering leadership experience, previously serving as chief technology officer for ABC Fitness Solutions. Prior to ABC Fitness, Ashok was CTO for cxLoyalty, a global CRM platform with significant presence in the travel industry. He also served in multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Concentrix, and gained experience in a variety of technology roles at Securus Technologies and Enghouse Interactive.

Ashok received a Bachelor of Engineering, Electronics Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master of Technology, Industrial Electronics from National Institute of Technology, Karnataka.

Outside of work, Ashok enjoys traveling around the world, exploring new places, listening to live music and reading.

Frank Trampert is the global managing director and chief commercial officer for [Sabre](/org/sabre) Hospitality Solutions, with responsibility for its financial performance, customer engagement, and overall growth across the global footprint of the company.
Prior to [Sabre](/org/sabre), Frank served as chief executive officer of Tune Hotels Group based in Malaysia.

Residing at Sabre's HQ in Dallas, TX USA, Frank started his hospitality career in Europe and has since lived and worked across four continents assisting some of the largest global hospitality companies with their international expansion.

A true hotelier by heart with a knack for tech, Frank enjoys the complexities of international businesses, which led him to not only run his own advisory firm but also join a technology startup focused on cloud-based social media solutions for the global hospitality sector.


Frank Trampert

Ms. Gonzalez joined the Company as director in October of 2022. She is the former Executive Vice President, Law & Corporate Affairs and General Counsel of Starbucks Corporation, serving in the role from 2018 to 2022. While at Starbucks, she actively shaped, influenced and executed the company’s revenue, earnings and growth ambitions. Prior to Starbucks, Ms. Gonzalez served as Chief Administration Officer at Sabre Corporation, where she was responsible for human resources, corporate communications, legal strategy, regulatory affairs, corporate compliance and government affairs. She joined Sabre in 2014 as Executive Vice President, General Counsel. Her key accomplishments at Sabre include supporting the restructuring of resources to provide an appropriate foundation for growth, as well as guiding the Company through significant anti-trust matters. Before Sabre, Ms. Gonzalez served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary with Dean Foods, Senior Vice President and Group Counsel with Affiliated Computer Services, and Partner with law firm Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. She currently serves on the board of Electronic Arts and advisory board of PODER25, a sub-organization of the Hispanic National Bar Association.

Rachel Gonzalez

Joe Difonzo is the current Chief Information Officer at [Sabre](/org/sabre). Joe has over 25 years of experience in the field of information technology. Prior to their current position, they served as the President of Transitivity, LLC, a company that provides consultative services in all areas of information technology. Joe has also served as the Chief Technology Officer at [Syniverse](/org/syniverse), where they led the global technology team and was responsible for technical innovation, product development, and technology operations. Joe has also held the position of Vice President of Solution Development at [Convergys](/org/convergys). Joe Difonzo began their career in information technology as a Systems Analyst at [Convergys](/org/convergys) in 1988. Joe has a bachelor's degree in computer science from the [Rochester Institute of Technology](/org/rochester-institute-of-technology).

Bret Jones is senior vice president, global services delivery for Sabre Hospitality Solutions. Within his role, he is responsible for managing all customer facing service delivery and support functions, including guiding clients through their entire Sabre journeys – from sales to implementation, support to optimization.

Bret possesses over two decades of experience in technology and delivery services. He has held a variety of roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of customer enablement and process improvement since joining Sabre in 2011, including VP, global operations and delivery, hospitality solutions; VP, global delivery, hospitality solutions; VP, enterprise delivery, hospitality solutions; director, strategic program management, airline solutions; and delivery executive, airline solutions. Prior to Sabre, Bret spent 16 years at Electronic Data Systems (EDS) in various technology leadership positions, including business operations manager, client delivery executive, program director, account manager, technical delivery manager and senior systems administrator.

As executive vice president (EVP) and chief legal officer (CLO) for Sabre, Chadwick (Chad) Ho leads the company’s global legal organization and is responsible for all aspects of legal, including governance, business transactions, commercial matters, litigation, public policy and government affairs. With over 20 years of corporate and technology experience, Chad’s expertise counseling companies in connection with their strategy, operations, products and services positions him well to lead Sabre’s legal team into the future.

Chad joined Sabre from The Walt Disney Company, where he served as associate general counsel, overseeing legal across the business operations for Disney’s television networks and streaming services. Prior to that, Chad navigated the intersection of law, business, and technology at Hulu as chief legal officer for nearly 14 years until the company’s acquisition by Disney.

Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University and his Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School. Outside of work, he enjoys sports, travel and family game nights.

Chadwick Ho

Ms. Mandel has served as Managing Director of Focused Point Ventures, LLC, a business advisory and consulting services organization, since 2019. In addition, she currently serves as the Executive Chairman of the Board of [PureStar](/org/purestar), a provider of laundry services and linen management to the hospitality industry. From 2014 to 2018, she served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Wyndham Destination Network, an operating division of Wyndham Worldwide and a provider of professionally managed, unique vacation accommodations. Ms. Mandel served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, Wyndham Exchange & Rentals (later known as Wyndham Destination Network), from March 2014 to November 2014 and Chief Financial Officer, Wyndham Destination Network, from January 2010 to March 2014. From August 2006 to January 2010, Ms. Mandel was Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis, for Wyndham Worldwide. From February 1999 to August 2006, Ms. Mandel was Division CFO/Controller, Cendant Hospitality Services, and from October 1997 to February 1999, Ms. Mandel was Controller, Cendant Mobility.

Gail Mandel

As senior vice president of global communications, Kristin is responsible for all aspects of corporate messaging, executive and team member communications, public and media relations and external affairs. Her organization develops and executes comprehensive communications strategies for team members, customers, investors and industry partners.

Kristin joined [Sabre](/org/sabre) from La Quinta Holdings, Inc., where she served as the company’s primary external spokesperson and focused on corporate messaging, investor relations and public relations. Prior to her hospitality stop, she invested 13 years with [JCPenney](/org/jcpenney). Kristin originally joined [JCPenney](/org/jcpenney)’s litigation department, having served over 10 years as an attorney, then expanded her business acumen by taking on roles in their IR, corporate communications and business affairs organizations.

Kristin received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri – Columbia and a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dogs, while being an active volunteer and avid soccer fan.

Sean Menke is CEO and a board member for [Sabre](/org/sabre) Corporation, the leading technology provider at the center of the business of travel. He leads more than 7,500 colleagues across a global network of development, sales, operations and corporate teams.

Sean was promoted to president and CEO in December 2016, offering his wealth of travel industry knowledge and experience to [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s C-suite. As both a former customer of [Sabre](/org/sabre) and now its chief executive, Sean introduced and reinforced [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s strategy to deliver the next-generation of retailing, distribution and fulfillment solutions. He is deeply committed to helping customers operate more efficiently, drive increased revenue and offer personalized traveler experiences through imaginative technology solutions.

Sean joined [Sabre](/org/sabre) in 2015 as president of [Sabre](/org/sabre) Travel Network. As [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s largest line of business, Travel Network processes US$120 billion of global travel spend annually by connecting airlines, hotels, rental car companies, cruise lines, destinations and travel services to more than 425,000 travel agents and corporate travel managers worldwide. Under his leadership, [Sabre](/org/sabre) Travel Network won major new business opportunities, increased global market share, secured [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s position as the leading global distribution system in three of its four major operating regions (North America, Latin America and Asia-Pacific), and led innovation to enable the sale of more customized fares and ancillary products that help drive the changing travel industry landscape.

His career in the airline business spanned more than 20 years in executive leadership roles. The former CEO at [Frontier Airlines](/org/frontier-airlines-inc) and Pinnacle Airlines also held senior level marketing, operations, customer experience, strategy, planning, sales, distribution and revenue management roles, most notably with [Air Canada](/org/air-canada) and [Hawaiian Airlines](/org/hawaiian-airlines). Sean also served as executive vice president of resources at IHS Inc., a global information technology company.

Sean earned his MBA from the University of Denver and a dual Bachelor of Science degree in economics and aviation from Ohio State University.

Mr. Scott joined the Company as a director in July 2020. He is an experienced executive in the hospitality, leisure and entertainment industries with more than 25 years of consumer facing business expertise across complex global, multi-unit, multi-brand enterprises. Mr. Scott is a founder and Chairman of Park House, a new private social club business located in Dallas, TX which is redefining the private social club model. He is also Chairman of A&O Hotels, the largest European hybrid hotel and hostel platform which owns and operates 40 assets with more than 25,000 beds and 7,000 rooms throughout Europe. Most recently Mr. Scott served from 2012 through 2015 as President, Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Belmond Ltd., previously Orient-Express Hotels Ltd., a publicly listed company engaged in the ownership and management of a global portfolio of 46 luxury hotel, restaurants, tourist trains and cruise businesses in 22 countries. Prior to joining Belmond Ltd., he served from 2003 until 2011 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, an international luxury hotel ownership and management company. Mr. Scott previously served on the board of Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants, a private hotel and restaurant management company, SMU COX School of Business, and [Cedar Fair Entertainment](/org/cedar-fair-entertainment), a leading North American amusement park owner and operator, and currently serves as a director of Subway Restaurants.

John Scott, III

Roshan Mendis is senior vice president, International Markets (APAC and EMEA), [Sabre](/org/sabre) Travel Network. Based in London, UK, Roshan is responsible for commercial operations and business development for [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s GDS agency and corporate customer portfolio in these regions.

In his previous role as senior vice president for Travel Network in Asia-Pacific, Roshan built and developed a strong regional team that led the successful integration of [Abacus](/org/abacus-fi), the leading GDS in the region that [Sabre](/org/sabre) acquired in 2015. And under his leadership, [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s business across 28 APAC markets has expanded through strategic customer wins and renewals.

Roshan has over 20 years of experience in travel technology. Prior to his executive position in Travel Network, he served as president of Travelocity and Zuji, both consumer-facing brands that were part of the [Sabre](/org/sabre) portfolio.

A native of Sri Lanka, Roshan completed his undergraduate studies at [Chaminade University of Honolulu](/org/chaminade-university-of-honolulu) (Hawaii) and [University of Cambridge](/org/university-of-cambridge) (UK). He later earned his MBA at the [Rice University](/org/rice-university) in Houston, Texas (USA).

Roshan Mendis

Mike Randolfi joins Sabre from BFA Industries where he served as chief financial officer. Prior to that role, he served as chief financial officer at Adtalem Global Education and Groupon where he helped solidify the company's strategy with a focus on execution and driving results. Before Groupon, Randolfi served as chief financial officer at Orbitz Worldwide where he drove a number of substantial operational improvements and played a significant role in the eventual sale of the company to Expedia.

Prior to Orbitz, Randolfi spent 14 years with Delta Air Lines in a variety of executive financial roles culminating in senior vice president, controller. At Delta, he helped lead the analysis, integration and synergy achievement associated with the merger with Northwest Airlines, a $14 billion company.

He has an MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School and a bachelor's degree in finance and accounting from the University of South Florida. Randolfi is also a Certified Public Accountant.

Gene Guhne is senior vice president, global managing director, enterprise sales for Sabre Hospitality Solutions. Within his role, he is responsible for leading the execution of global enterprise account business development, increasing share-of-wallet with existing customers and implementing revenue growth strategies.

Garry Wiseman is executive vice president (EVP) and chief product officer for Sabre Travel Solutions. In this role, Garry leads the global product and marketing teams responsible for enabling next-generation retailing, distribution and fulfillment products. His teams are focused on strategic product investments, roadmap management and end-to-end, go-to-market capabilities to offer innovative solutions that help our clients deliver a consistent customer experience across all channels.

Prior to joining Sabre – and over the course of more than two decades – Garry held a variety of key product management roles of increasing responsibility at some of the world’s largest technology companies. Most recently, he served as senior vice president and chief digital officer at Nautilus, Inc., a role he’d held since 2020. Prior to that, Garry was senior vice president of digital customer experience at Dell Technologies, where he guided the company through a rapid digital transformation; establishing a design-centric, customer-first focus, which led to significant year-over-year revenue increases and enhanced customer and employee net promoter scores. Before Dell, he held multiple senior leadership roles across product management, e-commerce and software engineering for global technology companies including Microsoft, eBay and Salesforce. Additionally, he is recognized as an author on eight U.S. patents.

Garry received a Bachelor of Arts in international business administration from University of Wolverhampton, and he is currently a board member of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Texas.

Outside of work, Garry enjoys traveling with his wife and two children, running outdoors, metal working and making progress with his electric car conversion project.

Ekert recently served five years as president and CEO of Carlson Worldwide Travel (CWT). There, he engineered a digital transformation and delivered material growth, highlighted by $7 billion in new business wins. Ekert offers a deep background in distribution, including as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Travelport Worldwide, Ltd, where he led the operational turnaround that enabled a successful IPO in 2014. He also previously held executive roles at Gulliver’s Travel Associates (GTA), Orbitz Worldwide, Cendant and Continental Airlines, and multiple board roles including at eNett and Carlson Travel Inc.

At Sabre, Ekert has direct responsibility for the company’s travel solutions and hospitality solutions businesses, technology engineering and operations and Sabre Labs.

Dave Moore is the executive vice president, chief technology officer, overseeing [Sabre](/org/sabre)'s global product development team. Moore's team is charged with building world class software products for customers, embracing a unified approach to all product development efforts, as well as driving [Sabre](/org/sabre)'s technology transformation, including support for its Google Cloud partnership. This team structure is designed to unlock efficiencies in delivering global products and services while increasing speed to market by leveraging best practices, driving consistency and bolstering global alignment.

As president of Sabre Hospitality Solutions, Scott Wilson oversees the company’s efforts to provide seamless retailing, distribution, and fulfillment solutions that meet the needs of hoteliers worldwide and deliver curated and personalized guest experiences. His leadership is instrumental as the company works to transform and scale its hospitality business to meet the needs of hoteliers of all sizes and grow its footprint in the global enterprise hotel segment.

Scott brings over 25 years of experience leading strategic planning and key commercial activities for large global organizations in both the hospitality and airline industries. Most recently, Scott served as executive vice president and chief commercial officer at [Great Wolf Resorts](/org/great-wolf-resorts), the largest family of indoor water park resorts in North America. While there, he was responsible for leading sales, marketing, digital, revenue management, data and analytics, contact centers, and merchandising activities. Prior to that, he served as vice president, e-commerce, distribution, and merchandising at United Airlines, Inc. and vice president, digital marketing at Marriott International, Inc.
Scott received an MBA degree from The Tepper School of Business at [Carnegie Mellon University](/org/carnegie-mellon-university), as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He is currently a board member of [Alliant Credit Union](/org/alliant-credit-union).

Outside of work, Scott continues his lifelong love of travel, either finding new places to discover and experience or returning to old favorites. Along with his wife and three children, you will often find him enjoying the outdoors, hiking when it’s warm or snow skiing when it’s not.

Ms. Sturgis joined the Company as a director in April 2021. She has served as the Chief Revenue Officer of Lyte, Inc., a ticketing/consumer technology platform, since 2021. She has over twenty-five years of experience as a technology and marketing leader at some of the world’s largest tech companies. Prior to Lyte, Ms. Sturgis was a founding executive at [Yext](/org/yext) (NYSE: [Yext](/org/yext)) where she worked from 2011 to 2019, serving in multiple roles, including SVP of Sales and Services, Chief Customer Officer, and most recently, CEO of [Yext](/org/yext) Europe. She has previously held executive positions at Oracle, [Gartner](/org/gartner), Right Media, and [Yahoo!](/org/yahoo), where she was Vice President of Account Management for North America in charge of the North American Search business. She is currently an independent director for [The Container Store](/org/the-container-store) and Kustomer, a private company based in New York City. She has served on multiple boards including Dailyworth.com, [Student Transportation of America](/org/student-transportation-of-america-inc), Step Up Women’s Network, and Chair of the Georgia Tech Advisory Board. Ms. Sturgis currently serves as a trustee for the Georgia Tech Foundation.

Wendi Sturgis

Ms. Newhouse joined the Company as a director in April 2021. She has served as Chief Executive Officer of Xtreme Solutions, Inc. since 2002. Xtreme Solutions, Inc. is a leading information technology and cybersecurity firm that specializes in ethical hacking, training, and providing cyber solutions consultancy to the federal and private sectors. She served in the United States Army, where she focused on national security, including working with several information security task forces teams. In 2019, Ms. Newhouse founded ShoulderUp, a nonprofit dedicated to connecting and supporting women in their entrepreneurial journeys. Ms. Newhouse currently serves on the board of the Technology Association of Georgia, is a member of the Business Executives for National Security and of the Women Presidents’ Organization, and serves on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc.

Mr. Peterson is a Senior Partner of TPG and Managing Partner of TPG Pace Group, which oversees investments in three publicly traded companies. He has served as [Sabre](/org/sabre)’s Chairman of the Board since January 14, 2020. Mr. Peterson previously served as Lead Independent Director during 2017. After rejoining TPG in 2004, Mr. Peterson led investments for the firm in technology, media, financial services and travel sectors and oversaw TPG’s European operations from 2010 until 2017. Prior to 2004, he was a co-founder and the president and CEO of Hotwire.com. He led the business from its launch in 2000 through its sale to InterActiveCorp (now Expedia) in 2003.
