Vice President, Supply Chain at Sabrosura Foods

Kristi Wedel has extensive experience in supply chain management. Kristi is currently serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain at Sabrosura Foods, where they lead various supply chain areas such as demand planning, supply planning, transportation, warehousing, and procurement. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of SC Planning & Inventory Management at Bellisio Foods, where they were responsible for demand forecasting, raw material planning, capacity analysis, production planning, and logistics across four plants. Kristi also held the position of Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning at Jack Link's Protein Snacks. Earlier in their career, they worked at General Mills in various roles, including North America Supply Planning Director and Senior Planning Manager.

Kristi Wedel obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Transportation and Logistics from Iowa State University in 1993. Kristi also attended the University of Kansas' Summer Institute in Barcelona, Spain in 1991.
