Enrique Villa

Enrique Villa has over 15 years of experience in IT support, currently serving as a Sr IT Support Specialist at SAC Wireless since February 2020. Previously, Enrique worked at CDW for nearly 15 years, where roles included IT Support Specialist, responsible for supporting over 10,000 users, providing white-glove service to executives, and facilitating video conferencing using platforms such as Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom. Additionally, Enrique contributed to other departments, including Telephony, InfoSec, Networking, and Infrastructure. Earlier experience includes roles as a Sr Configuration Troubleshooter and Configuration Technician, as well as a Pick Packer/Laborer, where responsibilities involved shipping logistics and support in the printing press area.
