Claudia Lakay

Claudia Lakay has extensive experience in quality assurance and licensing within the aviation sector, currently serving as the Manager of Quality Assurance at the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) since July 2005. Prior roles at SACAA include Manager of Licensing and Examinations, starting in October 1997, and Senior Licensing and Examination Officer from October 1997 to February 2005. Prior to SACAA, Claudia worked as an Accountant for the National Department of Transport from September 1989 to October 1998. Educational qualifications include a National Diploma in Public Management and Administration from Technikon SA, a Management Development Programme from the University of Pretoria, and completion of Matric at Senior Secondary School Eersterust.
