Marina Di Dio currently serves as a quality control laboratory analyst at SACCO SYSTEM, a position held since December 2019. Prior to this role, Marina worked as a nutritional consultant at Naturhouse from April to December 2019 and completed internships at the Università degli Studi di Milano, focusing on anti-inflammatory activity evaluation of quinoa seed globulin isoforms and the application of a new qPCR method for determining soft wheat in food pastes. Marina obtained a master's degree in agricultural and food sciences with a specialization in human nutrition from the Università degli Studi di Milano in 2019, following a bachelor's degree in restaurant science and technology from the same university. A diploma was earned from Liceo Scientifico Donato Bramante with a technological focus in 2012.
