Natasha Y. Smith

Natasha Y. Smith is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Swiss American CDMO since March 2022, having previously held the role of Human Resources Coordinator. Prior to that, Natasha contributed to Alpha Gamma Xi Sorority, Inc. as an Executive Board Member and Chief of Finance from June 2016 to June 2022, overseeing financial policies for a 250-member organization. Natasha's background includes a role as an Unemployment Insurance Claims Adjudicator for the State of Hawaii, efficiently resolving over 800 claims. Natasha's extensive experience in the United States Air Force spanned multiple roles, including Production Control Manager and Building Manager, where key accomplishments included enhancing program compliance and overseeing significant facility upgrades. Natasha holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Leo University and an Associate's degree in Applied Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
