Natalie Hamood

Natalie Hamood currently serves as the A/Deputy Chief Executive and Director of Education Services at SACE Board, focusing on leading education consultants in curriculum and assessment service delivery. Since June 2021, Natalie has also worked as a private consultant and trainer, specializing in change management, leadership coaching, and human resources. Previously, Natalie held the role of Deputy Director of Human Resources at the University of South Australia from May 2015 to May 2021, where key achievements included establishing a HR business partner service model and a specialized recruitment center. Natalie's extensive experience includes positions such as Director of People and Culture at the Department of Further Education, Employment, Science & Technology and Director of Strategic Improvement and Safety at the Department of Communities and Social Inclusion, focusing on organizational change, safety, and business improvement initiatives.
