Marco Sanseverino

Marco Sanseverino has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as the Head of People Lead and responsible for HR Management & Compensation at SACE since April 2008. Key areas of expertise include Compensation & Benefits, Union Relations, Employee Relations, and Recruitment/Development. Prior to SACE, Marco worked as a Training & Recruitment Specialist at Hertz from September 2007 to March 2008 and as a Training Specialist at Unilever Italia from July 2006 to July 2007. Marco holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from SDA Bocconi (2009) and a Law degree from Università degli studi Roma TRE.
