Jared Wheeler's work experience is as follows:

- Managing Director at Amoroso Companies from April 2021 to July 2022.

- Investment Manager at Grosvenor Americas from January 2014 to April 2021. Responsible for investment acquisitions and dispositions, as well as direct asset management of a $300M real estate portfolio.

- Associate at Steinfeldt & Associates from August 2011 to January 2014. Provided consulting services to senior living community developers.

- Property Accountant at Granite Peak Partners Inc from August 2010 to August 2011. Also involved in the investment platform for new development and value-add re-positioning opportunities.

- Tax Intern at Damitz Brooks Nightingale Turner and Morrisset from January 2010 to March 2010.

Jared Wheeler earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Economics with Accounting from UC Santa Barbara in 2009. Jared also pursued a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, which they obtained from the AICPA, but it is currently inactive. Prior to attending UC Santa Barbara, they attended UC San Diego in 2006-2007.
