Kevin Julian has a diverse work experience in the field of exhibit design and project management. Kevin started their career as a Freelance Exhibit Designer/Architectural Model Maker at Kevin Julian Design from 1992 to 1994. During this time, they worked on various projects including the Museum of Science and Industry in Tampa, FL, the Philadelphia Maritime Museum, Gillette Castle, and the Baltimore City Life Museum. In 1995, they joined Hyatt Hotels Corporation as an Assistant Director of Engineering and later became a Project Manager from 1996 to 1997. Kevin then worked as a Lead Exhibit Designer at WB Incorporated from 1997 to 1998. Finally, they held the position of Vice President of Operations at Sacks Exhibits starting from 1998.

Additionally, they obtained a Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License from the State of Massachusetts, although specific details regarding the month of acquisition are unknown, such license was acquired in 1997.
