Darren Collett

Darren Collett is a seasoned professional in the field of R&D and quality management, currently serving as the Manager of UK R&D and Quality at SACO AEI Polymers since March 2016, overseeing a comprehensive portfolio of projects and ensuring compliance with global chemical legislation. Prior roles include Senior Technical Manager and Technical and R&D Manager, both enhancing technical support and product development in the UK and Malaysian operations. Collett's earlier experience includes significant positions at Tyco Electronics, where responsibilities spanned technical management within materials operations and global product compliance. Additional leadership experience includes serving as President of the Board of Connection Credit Union and managing various technical projects at Raychem. Collett holds a Master's degree in Polymer Science & Engineering from London Metropolitan University and a GRSC in Chemistry from the University of the West of England.
