Donald Terry

Donald Terry serves as the Senior Vice-President Community Reinvestment Act Officer at Bank of the Sierra since May 2023. With extensive experience in public service, Donald has been a City Council Member and served as Mayor of Rancho Cordova in 2017 and 2022. Board membership at the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District includes chairing from 2017 to 2018. Previous roles encompass various positions in community development and finance, including Community Reinvestment Act Officer at Tri Counties Bank and Vice President Community Development Officer at Wells Fargo. Advocacy for financial literacy in economically challenged communities is a significant part of Donald's career. Donald holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from Cabrillo College.
