Mia Reed serves as a Social Media Content Developer at the Sacramento County Office of Education since March 2018, focusing on expanding marketing and outreach efforts for the CAERC and CAEP campaigns in California and the greater Sacramento region. Prior to this role, Mia Reed worked as an EL Civics Coordinator at Downey Adult School Career and Education Center from September 2002 to August 2011, where responsibilities included developing and training on the EL Civics curriculum. Additionally, Mia Reed has experience as an ESL Instructor at both Downey Adult School and ABC Adult School, where innovative lesson planning and technology integration were key components of the teaching approach.
