Angela Walters is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in guest services and management within the sports and entertainment industry. Currently serving as the Director of Guest Experience for the Sacramento Kings, Angela previously managed guest services at Rice-Eccles Stadium and Jon M. Huntsman Center as a General Manager for BEST Crowd Management. With a background as a Mortgage Loan Officer at PennyMac Loan Services and prior roles with the Sacramento Kings that include leadership in guest experience strategy and membership services, Angela has demonstrated expertise in enhancing guest experiences, managing large teams, and achieving revenue growth. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/Journalism from California State University-Sacramento.
