Currently serving as the Director of Nursing Data Analytics & Reporting at the Davis & Henley College of Nursing, Cory oversees clinical management software systems and ensures data integrity to support strategic initiatives and accreditation standards. In addition, O'Connell manages graduate and undergraduate clinical partnerships as the Director of Operations. Prior experience includes roles at the Wilton Board of Education and Bethel Board of Education, focusing on special education budget management and curriculum projects, as well as positions in marketing research and technical support.
